The P6 Soccer team narrowly lost out to St. Teresa's Primary School in Round 2 of the EDCO (Under 10) Cup. The game finished 1.1 with St. Joseph's goal coming from Zachary, following a wonderful team move to even up the scores. Both sides had chances to win, but failed to score, forcing the game to be decided on penalties.
A wonderful performance from the boys and best of luck to St. Teresa's as they progress to the next round.
The P7 Girls' Soccer team were also competing this week. They took part in the Belfast Schools' Indoor Tournament at Shankill Leisure Centre. All seven girls performed excellently in their five group games and were unfortunate not to progress to the finals.
